About Me

Experience

Anxiety: I work with clients experiencing a range of anxiety-related challenges, including low self-esteem, stress and social anxiety. These challenges often lead to deeper existential concerns such as fear of mortality, feelings of meaninglessness, disconnection from self or others or a sense of not belonging. My approach helps clients feel grounded and connected and generally more confident in facing life’s inevitable uncertainties.

Identity: I support clients exploring questions around identity, belonging, and purpose, including experiences connected to culture, sexuality, gender, neurodiversity, chronic illness, or just generally feeling different from those around them. Together, we can explore what feels authentic to you, your relationships with others and your connection to community, culture, and the life you want to build.

Relationships: I work with clients to navigate challenges in family, romantic, friendship and workplace relationships. This includes managing attachment, intimacy, communication difficulties, loneliness and conflicts with boundaries. I also support clients in addressing deeper existential aspects of relationships, such as isolation and longing for deeper connection.
