About Me

Experience

Anxiety: I work with clients experiencing a range of anxiety-related challenges, including low self-esteem, stress and social anxiety. These challenges often lead to deeper existential concerns such as fear of mortality, feelings of meaninglessness, disconnection from self or others or a sense of not belonging. My approach helps clients feel grounded, connected, and more confident in facing life’s inevitable uncertainties.

Identity: I support clients exploring questions of identity, belonging, and purpose. This includes emigrants, neurodiverse, chronically ill and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating the world in an increasingly difficult political climate. I also work with clients exploring their values and their connection to nature, culture, or community, helping them gain a clearer sense of self and direction.

Relationships: I work with clients to navigate challenges in family, romantic, friendship and workplace relationships. This includes managing attachment, intimacy, communication difficulties, loneliness and conflicts with boundaries. I also support clients in addressing deeper existential aspects of relationships, such as isolation, longing for deeper connection and rebuilding trust and closeness.
